Gotham is a compiler for VBScript based Active Server Pages (ASP) that allows it to run under Microsoft .NET. There are still a lot of web sites that still run ASP. Using Gotham's compiler and run-time these sites can run as fully compiled code. This results in a significant speed increase, up to six-fold. In addition to the speed increase you benefit from two other significant features:

1. The ASP code becomes fully debuggable within Visual Studio 2005 or a similar debugger

2. The compiler will catch coding errors that you didn't know you had
